Usage:
This production line is used to make multi-layer coextrusion CPP,CPE,PE protective film,PEVA and PA,EVOH high barrier property film.
Feature:
1、The screw adopted to special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design,with special static mixer to ensure good plasticzing ,mixing effect good,no brilliant dot,good transparency,and high yield.
2、double station no stop working screen exchange system,easy operation with low waste.
3、with positive pressure and negative pressure device.it ensure that making film stabilization.
4、Employed infrared ray thickness tester,accuracy≤±0.1um,nonradiative.there are auto t-die and manual T-die to choose.
5、advanced offcut on-line recycler,which will save the working cost.
6、centre+friction winding type,auto reel alternation and cutting,operation flexible,which suitable even more production.
